Gagnier is arguably one of the greatest players in Concord women's basketball history, earning All-WVIAC recognition three times in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

Gagnier's performance in the 2002-2003 campaign was among the best seasons in Concord and WVIAC history. She led the conference in scoring, rebounding and free-throw percentage, and was named the WVIAC's Player of the Year.

She also led the league in blocked shots in 2003-2004.

Gagnier is Concord's only women's player to finish her career with 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds.
