Ashton Smith is just one of three players in women's soccer history to be a three-time first team all-conference selection. Ashton was named First Team All-WVIAC in 2000, 2002 and 2003 and also picked up a second team all-region honor in 2002. Ashton helped the Mountain Lions to the WVIAC Tournament semifinals in all four years at Concord and a key contributor in Concord winning the 2002 WVIAC Tournament Championship
