The most successful baseball coach at Concord, Garrett has tallied 378 wins through the 2016 season. Garrett has been selected as the conference three times in his career by his peers (2001, 2003, 2008). In 2001, he guided the Mountain Lions to their first baseball conference. Garrett has coached six conference players of the year, 33 all-conference first team selections, 10 all-region selections and nine All-Americans.
