A junior college transfer from Maryland, Miller made an immediate impact in the middle of the Concord lineup during the 2013 and 2014 seasons. The two-year starter at first base for CU collected back-to-back 70-RBI seasons, and his 141 RBI are just shy of the top 10 in program history. Miller swatted 28 home runs over two springs which ranks sixth in program history for a career. Miller was named the Mountain East Conference Hitter of the Year in 2014, and followed it up by being voted as the National Collegiate Baseball Writers' Association Atlantic Region Player of the Year. Miller joined Blevins as a Second Team All-American following the conclusion of the 2014 campaign. Miller is also just one of three players to earn a gold glove in program history as he fielded .995 in 2014.
