Mike Lazo is arguably the top quarterback to ever play at Concord. During his collegiate career (1995-98), He was a four-year starter who completed 496-of-1,029 passes for 7,830 yards and 55 touchdowns. Lazo still holds Concord career records in passing yards and yards per completion. Lazo also ranked sixth in WVIAC history in total yards (8,385), eighth in passing yards and 13th in touchdown passes.
