Bowie was named Mountain East Conference Offensive Player of the Year after leading all of Division II in the regular season in receptions (102), receiving yards (1,773) and touchdowns (18). The Martinsburg, West Virginia native had five games of at least 200 receiving yards and five games with two or more receiving touchdowns.
