Concord University senior pitcher Tyler Coyle threw arguably his best game since coming to Concord in the Mountain Lions’ 3-0 win against Charleston in game two of Saturday’s doubleheader by tossing a complete game three-hit shutout. Coyle, who walked just one batter in addition to striking out one UC batter, retired 11 of the game’s final 13 batters in the victory.
