Neff became the first CoSIDA Academic All-American in the history of the Concord baseball program as he earned the distinction after carrying a 3.97 GPA in the classroom throughout his college career. Neff was a honor graduate during the spring 2020 commencement as he graduated Summa Cum Laude. On the field, Neff batted .332 for his career and had an on-base percentage over .450 as his 95 career walks are fifth in program history.
