Concord University senior first baseman Joey Miller finished his 2014 regular season off on a high note with a powerful weekend performance in Concord’s sweep of UVa.-Wise. In four games, Miller hit .571 (8-for-14) with seven runs scored, three home runs, 14 RBI, two doubles as well as on-base and slugging percentages of .647 and 1.357. Miller had at least two RBI in each game, including a five-RBI effort in CU’s 20-5 game two victory, as well as a home run in three of the four contests.
