ALLENDALE, Mich. – The Concord University men's track and field team had five athletes compete at the GVSU Holiday Open hosted by Grand Valley State Friday night.

Four runners toed the line in the 5,000-meter run while junior
Alex Watty competed in the 800-meter run.

Senior
Issac Prather led the way for the quartet in the 5,000-meters as he clocked a time of 14:32.47. The time was also a NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying time for the Summersville, West Virginia native.

Freshman
Logan Zuchelli opened his collegiate track career with a showing of 14:48.98. Sophomore
Preston Prather came through in 15:22.26 and senior
Cedric Drennen rounded out the 5,000-meter competitors in 15:41.79.

Watty clocked 1:59.14 in the 800-meters.
