NEW ORLEANS – The Concord University men's cross country team held steady in fifth in the latest release of the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association (USTFCCCA) Atlantic Regional Poll.
The top five teams remained unchanged with Charleston holding onto the top spot followed by Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, Davis & Elkins and CU. A new entry to the regional top 10, Frostburg State, checked in sixth. Indiana (Pa.) was seventh followed by California (Pa.), Lock Haven and East Stroudsburg.
The Mountain Lions have one regular-season meet remaining as they host the Concord Alumni 4:00 p.m. Friday at Pipestem State Park.
