MOUNTAIN LION NOTESCU enters the game with a record of 5-23 overall and 3-19 in the MEC as the 12-seed in the tournament.
Meanwhile, FSU earned the fifth seed based on an  18-10 overall mark and 12-10 in the league.
Sophomore guard
Danielle Catron has led the Mountain Lions in scoring in the last two games and four of the last five games.
This season, Catron leads the Mountain Lions in scoring at 13.7 points per game and is shooting 45.3 percent from the floor. The Marion, Virginia native is ninth in the MEC in field goal percentage.
Freshman guard
Emily Boothe needs to make two more three-pointers to be the first player since Camisha Alexander during the 2011-12 season to make 50 or more triples in a single season.

th career game Saturday, senior forward
Kylie Molisee now qualifies for career rebounds per game. The Peck, Kansas native is averaging 8.6 boards per game in her career, which ranks third in Concord history.
Additionally, Molisee can enter the top 10 on the single-season rebounding leaderboard with nine more boards. Molisee has 246 rebounds this season. In her 26 games this season, Molisee has nine or more rebounds in 14 games.
The Mountain Lions fell in both regular season matchups against Fairmont State this season. CU lost at FSU, 69-52 and dropped an 80-57 decision at home.
The difference in the loss at Fairmont State in early January was CU getting outscored by 14 points in third quarter, after trailing by one point at the half.
Junior guard
Olivia Morgan is averaging 12 points and is a perfect 4-for-4 from three-point range versus the Fighting Falcons this season.
On the road against FSU, Molisee posted 12 points and 13 rebounds.
CU has forced an average of 21 turnovers per game this season against Fairmont State which is the most turnovers forced by the Mountain Lions of any conference opponent.
Boothe, junior guard

Courtney White have all had three-steal games against the Fighting Falcons this season.
Boothe is averaging four steals per game against FSU, including recording a career-high five steals at Fairmont State.
CU trails in the all-time series versus FSU 16-11, and will be looking to win their first game against Fairmont State since a 67-64 win Jan. 11, 2014 in Logan, West Virginia.
The winner of Tuesday's game will face fourth-seeded Glenville State in the MEC quarterfinals in Charleston, West Virginia 8:15 p.m. Thursday.
SCOUTING FAIRMONT STATEThe Fighting Falcons are led by Amanda Ruffner who scores 15.0 points per game and averages 5.7 rebounds per game.
FSU point guard Makenzie White had her season end early due to injury, but was averaging 15.4 points per game through 20 contests.
Emily Puskarich has made 68 three-pointers this season, fourth-most in the MEC.
Fairmont State is 11-4 at home this season.
