BRIDGEPOT, W.Va. – The 2015 Mountain East Conference football schedule has been released for the Concord University football team, the league office announced Thursday afternoon.

CU will close the month of September with a road contest against Urbana before welcoming in West Virginia Wesleyan Sept. 26.

October sees Concord making road trips to Charleston (week five), Notre Dame (week seven) and Glenville State (week nine) while hosting UVa.-Wise (week six) and Shepherd (week eight). The Charleston contest will be played on Thursday, Oct. 1, one of 13 Thursday night games for the MEC and the only week night contest for the Mountain Lions.

Concord closes the season on week 10 at home against West Virginia State Nov. 8. Concord will have an open date during week 11 of the season.
