GOALS GALORE
In winning its last two games, Concord has piled up 17 goals versus Salem and Wheeling. Senior forward
Sydney Tucker has notched six goals in the last two games with back-to-back hat tricks, becoming the first player in program history since at least 2011 with hat tricks in consecutive games. Tucker has vaulted into second in the MEC in goals with eight and is tied for 11
th in Division II. Junior forward
Caitlin Webster has scored in three straight games and has 11 points in the last three contests. With four assists, Webster is now tied for the conference lead. And freshman forward
Ailsa Swinburne has scored in back-to-back games. The 17 goals scored by CU in the last two games are the most in a two-game stretch since 2003.
TOP OF THE PACK
Since Frostburg State joined the MEC prior to the 2019 season, Concord and FSU have traditionally been two of the best teams in the conference, having met in either the MEC Semifinals or MEC Championship in two of the previous three seasons. And since 2019, CU and Frostburg State have combined for five NCAA Tournament appearances. The Mountain Lions had won four straight games over FSU before the Bobcats won both meetings last season. Graduate defender
Olivia Bekeleski scored in the ninth minute of last year's regular-season contest with senior forward
Nora Voisey assisting on the goal, but Frostburg State tallied two second-half goals. FSU won the MEC Semifinal contest in 2023, 3-0, but shots were much closer at 18-13.
KEYSTONE STATE MATCHUPS
The Mountain Lions welcome Point Park Wednesday afternoon in the first meeting between the two in women's soccer. Teams from Pennsylvania or the Keystone State have not been kind to CU in recent history. Over the last two years, Concord is 0-4-1 versus teams from the state of Pennsylvania. However, from 2019-2021 CU was 4-1 versus teams from Pennsylvania. All four recent losses for the Maroon and Gray against Pennsylvania teams have been Gannon and Kutztown with those teams being nationally ranked in four instances. The matchup versus Point Park isn't as stiff with PPU owning a -11-goal difference (21-10). CU owns the second-best goal difference in the MEC of +20 (32-12) behind Frostburg State's +21 (26-5).

SCOUTING THE BOBCATS
Frostburg State has played for the last two MEC Championships, but has lost to Charleston and Fairmont State. The Bobcats look much different from last year's NCAA Tournament team, returning just five starters this year. Madi Allen and Carly Gillette each have four goals to pace the offense. Katie Sterne replaced longtime goalkeeper Ashley Bilger in net, and Sterne has four shutouts and has saved better than 92 percent of shots. The lone loss for FSU was against Indiana (Pa.) in the second game of the season.

SCOUTING THE PIONEERS
Cara Spry and Vanessa Vazquez each have two goals for the Pioneers. Point Park has used three different goalkeepers this season with Frederieke Rijlaarsdam (seven games) and Maggie Pappas (five games) spending the most time in goal. PPU hosts West Virginia Wesleyan Sunday before making the trip to Athens.
