ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University women's soccer team prepares for a Mountain East Conference game 1:00 p.m. Sunday against Notre Dame in Beckley, West Virginia at the Cline Memorial Complex.

RECORDS
Concord is 5-2-1 and 3-1 in the MEC as it enters the contest on a two-game winning streak.
NDC has put together a record of 3-4 overall with all three wins coming in the MEC.
MOUNTAIN LION NOTES
CU outlasted Charleston 1-0 in double overtime on Wednesday to pick its fifth win of the season. It was the second straight contest between Concord and UC that went to double overtime with the Mountain Lions coming out the victor in both instances.
Senior forward
Pilar Elias had the decisive goal in the 109
thminute for Concord. It was the 20
thcareer goal for the Waterville, Maine native which pushes her into a tie for sixth on the all-time scoring list at CU.
Additionally, Elias needs two more points to record 50 for her career, and four more points would elevate her into the top 10 at Concord.

Morgan Carmichael, freshman Jasmine Daiy and sophomore
Alyssa Mahar helped CU to its fifth shutout of the season.
The five shutouts for Concord tie it for first in the MEC with Fairmont State.
Offensively, the Maroon and Gray ranks fifth in all of Division II in total goals with 29 on the season.
Sunday's contest will be the second time this season Concord plays at the Cline Complex in Beckley. Two weeks ago, the Mountain Lions lost a 3-1 decision to Salem.
Freshman forward
Kaitlyn Kerrigan scored the lone goal on September 15 versus the Tigers. Entering Sunday, Kerrigan has scored in two of her last four games.
The Mountain Lions will face Notre Dame for the first and only time this season when the teams meet on Sunday. Last year, the two squads squared off three times including in the semifinal round of the MEC Tournament.
The home team won in each instance with NDC defeating Concord 2-0 in postseason play.
CU defeated the Falcons 4-2 at Anderson Field on October 12, 2017. The four goals tied a season high for the Mountain Lions at home in 2017.
Sophomore midfielder
Courtney Wallace buried two of the goals for the Mountain Lions while sophomore midfielders
Sarah Hill and
Yasmin Mosby also scored in the contest.
Hill has two career goals against NDC after scoring in a 3-1 regular-season loss at Notre Dame in 2017.
Carmichael assisted on two of the goals for her first collegiate points versus the Falcons.
The performances by Carmichael and Wallace against Notre Dame last season at home led to the duo being named MEC Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week for the week of October 16, 2017.
NOTRE DAME AT A GLANCE
The Falcons have scored six goals in seven games this season with six different players accounting for the scores.
Katrina Doncevic is the leader in points for Notre Dame with a goal and two assists.
Kyra McDowell has made 28 saves for NDC, and made 12 saves in three games versus CU last season.
