Complete Game NotesATHENS, W.Va. - The Concord University women's basketball team will continue its season-long five game home stand when its plays West Virginia Wesleyan 5:30 p.m. Thursday before welcoming Notre Dame 2:00 p.m. Saturday.

RECORDS• Concord enters this week with a record of 5-12 overall, but more importantly 5-7 in the Mountain East Conference. The Mountain Lions currently hold down the eighth spot in the league standings, putting them in position to host a playoff game if the season ended today.
• West Virginia Wesleyan is 1-14 overall and 1-11 in the MEC, tied with Urbana for 11th.
• Notre Dame has compiled an overall record of 11-7 and a 7-5 mark in the MEC. The Falcons are sixth in the conference standings.
THE COACHES• CU's
Kenny Osborne has put together a mark of 205-207 in his 15 seasons in Athens.
• Michael Bari of West Virginia Wesleyan is in his first season at WVWC, but has an overall record of 155-127 in 11 seasons of coaching.
• Notre Dame's Katie Hine is in her fourth season as the Falcons' coach. She has compiled a record of 54-45 and has a career record of 78-78 in six seasons.
MOUNTAIN LION NOTES• Concord stands just two games out fifth place in the league standings.
• The win over UVa.-Wise a week ago was the Mountain Lions' first of the season.
• The 40 points that the Mountain Lions allowed to UVa.-Wise was the first time the Maroon and Gray had held an opponent under 50 points since the 2011-2012 conference tournament when they held Charleston to 48 in a second-round win.
• Senior forward
Jacqueline Kestner has been among the national leaders all season long in double-doubles.
• Kestner enters the week tied for 31st in Division II with eight double-doubles.
• A further look into Kestner's career success notching double-doubles shows the Blountville, Tennessee native 48th in career double-doubles with 17.
• This season Kestner leads Concord in both points per game (13.1 ppg) and rebounds per game (9.5 rpg).
• Those stats also rank 13th and second respectively in the league.
• Fellow senior forward
Rachel Artrip has knocked down at least one three-pointer in 10 straight game which is the longest streak of her career
• It is also the longest streak for any CU player since Camisha Alexander knocked down at least one triple in 10 straight games from Feb. 1 to March 2, 2012.
• The Mountain Lions will begin the week ranked sixth in the MEC in assists per game (13.0).
• In four of its last five games the Mountain Lions have had more assists than their season average.
• Against Glenville State Jan. 24, Concord finished the contest 22-for-28 at the free throw line, matching its most made foul shots of the season.
• Kestner finished the game 7-of-9 from the charity stripe.
• Since returning from injury four games ago, junior forward
Kylie Molisee has had a major impact on the CU lineup.
• The Peck, Kansas native has scored at least 10 points in three of those four contests and is averaging 6.5 rebounds as well.
• Speaking of rebounding, Artrip collected a career-high 14 rebounds against UVa.-Wise and has leapt into the top 20 in the conference (16 / 6.4) in rebounds per game.
• CU will be seeking to complete a season sweep of West Virginia Wesleyan when the teams square off Thursday night.
• Concord left Buckhannon, West Virginia with a 77-70 win on Dec. 7 as senior guard
Melea Smith knocked down six foul shots in the final five seconds to secure the victory.
• Freshman guard
Danielle Catron came off the Mountain Lion bench to contribute 16 points on 8-for-10 shooting in her sixth collegiate game.
• In fact, Concord's bench supplied 29 points in the first game at WVWC as sophomore center
Alley Odell scored seven points.
• The Bobcats' Allie Browne is third in the conference in assists per game (3.6) and fourth in assist-to-turnover margin (1.23).
• WVWC also possesses one of the best rebounders in the MEC in Mari Stewart (8.4 rpg / fourth).
• Concord has won five straight games over West Virginia Wesleyan which is the longest active streak for the Mountain Lions over a MEC/WVIAC opponent.
• In thos five games, Kestner is averaging 7.6 rpg with two games of 10 or more rebounds including a 13 point, 11 rebound effort earlier this season on the road.
• CU will look to avenge an early-season 78-61 loss to Notre Dame.
• The Falcons' Martha Nagbe is third in the conference in points per game (17.5) and second in steals (2.1).
• Notre Dame has won five of its previous games and will play at home versus West Liberty before making the trek to Athens Saturday.
A CONCORD WIN WOULD...• A Concord win over West Virginia Wesleyan would give the Mountain Lions a 16-15 advantage over the Bobacts in the all-time series dating back to the 1994-1995 season.
• A Concord win over Notre Dame would be the first for CU all-time vs. NDC
• A Concord win over both West Virginia Wesleyan and Notre Dame would get CU back to .500 in the MEC.
