Tolbert averaged a double-double of 17.5 points and 10 rebounds as Concord went 1-1 last week, losing to nationally-ranked West Liberty before defeating Wheeling on the road. He shot 50 percent (11-for-22) from the field and 86.7 percent (13-for-15) at the foul line. Tolbert began the week with 19 points and eight rebounds versus West Liberty. In the win at Wheeling, he collected his second career double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds. Tolbert scored 11 of the final 12 points for Concord in the 94-88 victory.
