Prather won the University of Charleston Invite in a time fo 24:24 for the 8,000-meter course at Coonskin Park in Charleston, West Virginia. Prather's time on Friday was a program record for 8,000-meters. It was the second top two finish of the season for the Summersville, West Virginia native, but the first time he's gone under 25 minutes for 8,000-meters in his career.
