Duffy shares the role of Co-Athletic Director with Tesla Southcott after the two were appointed to the title effect May 6, 2024.
One of the most successful coaches at Concord over the last decade, Duffy has led the Concord women's soccer program to four consecutive appearances in the Mountain East Conference Championship Game, winning two titles. He coached the Mountain Lions to the Atlantic Regional Championship in 2021 and a spot in the NCAA Division II Elite Eight along the way.Â
Since the beginning of the 2018 season, Duffy and CU has a record of 59-9-7 and has only lost five conference games during that span. He has coached five All-Americans up to this points in his career.Â
Duffy was an ultra-successful college player at Lees-McRae in Banner Elk, North Carolina as he was an All-American and led his team to a national championship game appearance in 2009.
After graduating from LMC with his undergraduate degree from, he obtained his master's degree from Lenoir-Rhyne in Hickory, North Carolina. Â
