Todd May has released the signing of Ken Sallee for the 2024 recruiting class.
Name: Ken Sallee
Hometown: Chicago, Ill.
High School: Simeon
Previous School: Parkland College
Position: Guard
Height: 6-5
Over two years at Parkland, Sallee appeared in 55 games, shooting 42.5 percent from the floor, 36.8 percent from three-point range. He averaged 7.9 points per game this past winter as he hit 42.2 percent of his shots overall and canned 46 three-pointers.
"Ken Sallee is a long, athletic wing at 6-foot-5 that can guard multiple positions as well as score the ball from three-point range," May said. "He can attack the basket and score off the dribble as well. He fits our culture and we are excited to add him to our program."
Before attending Parkland, Sallee played his high school ball at Simeon in Chicago that has become a basketball factory, producing several NBA players that includes first-round picks and all-stars.
Sallee is the third signee for the Mountain Lions in this year's recruiting class with the other two being high school commits: Kraig Gilbert (Grove City, Ohio) and Josiah Rickards (Virginia Beach, Virginia).
