ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University men's and women's track & field teams have announced the indoor portion of their schedule as released by head coach
Mike Cox Monday afternoon.
The Mountain Lions open the season this Saturday, December 7, at the Marietta First Glimpse hosted by Marietta College. A select group of Concord athletes will be at the GVSU Holiday Open at Grand Valley State Friday, December 6.
After the Christmas break, CU is back in action at the Marshall Classic in Huntington, West Virginia January 11. The first two-day meet of the season awaits Concord January 17-18 at Roanoke College's Finn Pincus Invite. And rounding out the month of January will be the Muskie Meet on the campus of Muskingham January 25.
January 31 and February 1 sees the Maroon and Gray in action at the Bast-Cregger Invite hosted by Roanoke College. The Mountain Lions travel back to Virginia for the Liberty Open February 7. The final regular-season indoor meet will be February 15 at Roanoke College's Joe LaRocco Invite.
The Mountain East Conference Indoor Championships are slated for February 23-24 on the campus of Marshall University.
Concord's outdoor schedule will be released at a later date.
