PIPESTEM, W.Va. – Eight of the top 10 spots at the Concord University men's cross country team at the Concord/Chick-Fil-A XC Festival Friday afternoon at Pipestem State Park.
Concord alumni and All-American
Issac Prather won the meet as an unattached athlete.
Senior
Preston Prather led the Mountain Lions as finished second, clocking 26:01 for the 8,000-meter terrain. Junior
Logan Zuchelli ran to a time of 26:43 as he placed third. Freshmen Jaedan Holstin (27:08) and
Braden Ward (27:09) ran side-by-side to finish fourth and fifth.
Junior
Ethan Board was sixth for CU as he stopped the timer at 27:18. Graduate student
Alex Watty (27:36) was seventh, and sophomore
Alex Irvin (27:40) was eighth. Junior
Zach Wilson finished in 28:43 to round out the top 10.
