PIPESTEM, W.Va. – The Concord University men's cross country team wrapped up the regular season portion of their schedule with a win at the Concord Alumni Friday afternoon at Pipestem State Park.
The Mountain Lions tallied 25 points with the next closest team being the CU Alumni Team with 39 points.
Issac Prather, an All-American during his time at CU, won the meet in a course-record time of 25:24 for 8,000-meters.
Concord's top finisher was junior
Ethan Board who sported a time of 27:17 as the runner-up. Four seconds behind Board was freshman
Braden Ward who finished third. Fellow freshman
Jaeden Holstein clocked 28:00 to place fifth.
Spots seven through ten belonged to the Maroon and Gray. Freshman
AJ Skeens stopped the clock at 28:38, graduate student
Alex Watty ran 28:41, freshman
Andrew Tickle came through in 28:47 and junior
Zach Wilson finished up in 29:04.
The next CU finisher was sophomore
Connor Cormack who ran 31:05 to finish 18
th. Freshman
Wes Holcomb nabbed a top-20 finish as he placed 19
th in 31:18.

Garrett Hatcher ran 31:31 to place 21
st. Junior
Bryce Legg finished 28
th as he completed the course in 32:38.
