West Virginia Wesleyan is 3-9 under first-year head coach Nancy Wheeler.

Meanwhile, Glenville State is seeking its first win with a record of 0-7.

MOUNTAIN LION NOTES
Concord has won two in a row entering play Friday with a four-set win over Salem International to go along with the sweep of Bluefield State.

Sophomore middle hitter Emily Ellis had back-to-back double-digit kill matches in the wins for Concord. Ellis had 12 kills versus Salem International and tallied 10 against BSC. In both matches, Ellis was the team leader in kills for CU.

In the two matches, junior middle hitter Brooke Heck had a combined 20 kills to just one error as she hit .529 versus Bluefield State.

Over her last five matches, Heck jumped from 14th on the all-time kills list at Concord to 11th. The Huntington, West Virginia native now has 768 kills and is 32 kills away from moving into the top 10 at Concord.

Junior outside hitter Alexi Pranckus joined the top 15 all-time at CU in kills as the Tinley Park, Illinois native has 647 for her career.

Senior setter Casey Mandeville was also pivotal for the Mountain Lions in their two recent victories. Mandeville notched her third double-double of the season with 22 kills and 14 digs against Salem International, and had 19 assists and eight digs against BSC.

At the NDC Invite last weekend, Mandeville moved past Nikki McMillen on the all-time assists list at Concord. The Plain City, Ohio native now has 1,907 assists in her career, good enough for fourth.

With Pranckus joining the all-time kills list at CU, sophomore setter Jenna Mounts also entered the top 10 in all-time assists at Concord with 587.

Also at the NDC Invite, freshman libero Lindsay Maddox was stellar in a four-set match for CU against Lock Haven. The Amherst, Virginia native recorded 41 digs which is the second most for any player across Division II this season in a four-game match.

The Mountain Lions have already opposed West Virginia Wesleyan once this season—at the Concord Classic.

CU came away with a four-set win over the Bobcats. All four sets were decided by five points or less.

Ellis paced Concord on September 8 against Wesleyan with 15 kills and nine total blocks (two solo, seven assisted). For Ellis, it was a career-high block match.

In fact, the Mountain Lions had a season-best 13 blocks against the Bobcats. It's the only time Concord has had double-digit blocks this season.

Heck, senior outside hitter Felicia Huerta and senior middle hitter Shea Hoffman each added three blocks while sophomore outside hitter Ellie Lawrence and Pranckus contributed two blocks apiece.

The Maroon and Gray has won 11 straight matches over Glenville State dating back to 2010, and has only dropped two sets during the stretch.

Last year, Mandeville combined for 48 assists against GSC.

WEST VIRGINIA WESLEYAN AT A GLANCE
The Bobcats are led by Hannah King, who along with Heck was named Co-MVP of the Concord Classic earlier this month.

King is seventh in the MEC in kills per set (2.91) and is 10th in the conference in hitting percentage (.233).

Wesleyan and Concord share seven mutual opponents. The Bobcats played BSC Wednesday and defeated the Blues in four sets.

WVWC's libero Hannah Bradford is fifth in the conference in digs per set (4.97) with Maddox right behind in sixth (4.95).

GLENVILLE STATE AT A GLANCE
Chase Cooksey is hitting .180 for the Pioneers with 25 kills on the season.

The Pioneers have only won one in seven matches this season.
