Fitzwater was named to the All-Mountain East Conference Tournament Team and All-MEC Second Team during the last week. To start the week, Fitzwater was voted All-MEC Second Team after averaging a double-double of 16 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks during the regular season. At the conclusion of the MEC Tournament, she was named All-MEC Tournament for breaking the tournament's field-goal percentage record (89.4 percent) and averaging 21 points and 12 rebounds in two games for the Mountain Lions.
