Crow is in his first season at Concord, coming to Athens, after a stint with the Miami Dolphins in the NFL. 

The experienced defensive coach was previously with the Tennessee Titans (2018-23) before spending two seasons in south Florida (2024-25). By coming back to the college game, Crow is back to his roots as he started his coaching career as a strength coach intern at the University of Florida in 2011. He also spent two seasons on the staff at Purdue University. 

During his time in the NFL, Crow has worked with the outside linebackers primarily. However, Crow spent time working with the special teams in Tennessee during the 2020 season. 

A former walk-on linebacker at Bowling Green, Crow earned a scholarship for the Falcons, and graduated with a degree in exercise science from BGSU.
