2013-14 (Outdoor): Tallied two eighth-place finishes in the 800-meter run (2:33.05) and 1,500-meter run (5:15.38) at the Mountain East Conference Championships ... clocked a career-best 2:29.24 in the 800-meters at the Wake Forest Open ... ran 5:10.60, a personal-record at the Fred Hardy Invitational ... won the 800-meters at the Golden Eagle Invite (2:35.14) ... placed fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:08.00, a career-best, at the Golden Eagle Invite

2013-14 (Indoor): Finished 11th in the mile run at the Virginia Tech Challenge (5:46.96) ... member of the second-place 4x800-meter relay squad at the Division II Challenge (11:08.02) ... part of the fifith-place distance medley team at the Marietta College Open (15:03.74)

2012-13 (Outdoor): Qualified for the WVIAC Championships in the 800-meter run, placing 12th at the conference meet with a time of 2:34.80 … started outdoor season by placing third in the 800-meters at the Golden Eagle Invitational with a time of 2:40.66 … also placed 16th in the 800-meters at the Bobcat Invitational by running a time of 2:53.17 … helped Concord’s 4x400-meter relay team to a 15th place showing at the CCU Invitational (4:22.06) … produced two top-20 showings in the javelin throw at the Bobcat Invitational (12th / 16.51 meters) and at the North Carolina A&T Aggie Invite (10.82 meters).

2012-13 (Indoor): Started Concord indoor track career by running a mile in 5:41.85 to place sixth and a 11:50.33 3,000-meter race to finish second at the Marietta First Glimpse Meet … ran a season-best time of 5:38.41 in the mile at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (14th place) … placed seventh at the Liberty Open in the 1,000-meter run (3:19.71) … ran a season-low 1,000-meter time of 3:15.28 at the Virginia Tech Challenge to come in 15th place.
