2023-24
• Made the field in the 400-meter hurdles and 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championships
• Finished 14th in the hurdles and 15th in the steeplechase
• Clocked a personal-best time of 1:13.78 in the 400-meter hurdles at the MEC Championships
• Sprinted career-best time of 1:07.13 in the 400-meter dash at Marshall to close indoro season
• Was on Concord's 4x400-meter relay for both the indoor and outdoor conference championships
• Pair of top-10 finishes in the 400-meter hurdles and 3,000-meter steeplechase at both the Concord Invite and at Charleston
