• Qualified for the 10,000-meters at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championships, finishing 13th
• Was in the final field for the 5,000-meters at the MEC Indoor Championships, placing 15th
• Came through fifth in the 5,000-meters at Lynchburg with a time of 15:28.71
• Ran the same time in the 5,000-meters at Myrtle Beach and also finished fifth
• Placed third in the 5,000-meters at VMI during the indoor season with a time of 15:43.23
• Final tune-up for the MEC Indoor Championships was a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meters at Roanoke

• Qualified for the Mountain East Conference Championships in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs

• Career-best time in the 5,000-meters in a showing of 15:16.77 at Charleston
• Placed in the top 10 in the 10,000-meters at High Point with a personal-best time of 31:47.60
• Opened season by running 4:12.02, a personal record for the 1,500-meter run, at Lynchburg

2019-20 (Indoor Only)
• Made the final field in the mile run and 5,000-meter run for the Mountain East Conference Championships
• Recorded a career-best time of 4:37.04 in the mile at the MEC Championships
• Was seventh in the 5,000-meters at VMI in a showing of 15:33.25
• Came through 3,000-meters in 9:04.15, a career-best showing, at a second VMI indoor meet
