2012-13 (Indoor): Took part in races at both the Liberty Open and Virginia Tech Challenge … turned in a pair of top-25 finishes at Virginia Tech, placing 17th in the 1,000-meter run (2:44.62) and 21st in the 3,000-meter run (9:30.02).

2011-12 (Outdoor): Qualified for the WVIAC Championships in the 10,000-meter run and the 5,000-meter run, placing eighth (33:10.68) and 13th (16:33.92), respectively … also placed 10th in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:16.97 at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational … ran a season-best time of 15:49.56 in the 5,000-meters at the Duke Invitational.

2011-12 (Indoor): Totaled three top-10 finishes during the indoor season … finished in eighth place in both the mile run (5:10.09) and the 800-meters (2:15.03) at the Marietta Open … crossed the finish line of the 5,000-meters at the second Marietta Open in 16:58.06 to claim second place.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Placed fifth in the WVIAC Championships in the 10,000-meter run at the WVIAC Championships with a time of 34:19.22 … posted a fifth-place finish at the Brandi Bowen Memorial in the 5,000-meter run in a time of 16:30.11 … cruised to a pair of top-10 finishes at the Coastal Carolina Invitational in the 1,500-meter run (4:25.86) and the 800-meter run (2:12.76).

2010-11 (Indoor): Started season by placing fifth in the 500-meter run at the Marietta Alumni Open in a time of 16:40.45 … ended indoor season with four consecutive top-10 races: placing fifth in the mile (4:57.52) at the Marietta College First Glimpse, fourth in the 5,000-meters (17:10.12) and fifth in the 3,000-meter run (10:13.08) at the Marietta Open and eighth in the 5,000-meters (16:56.66) at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
