• 2022 All-MEC Second Team (Indoor Distance Medley Relay)

2022-23
• Qualified for the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter run at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championships
• Scored points in the 1,500-meters with a sixth-place finish
• Was in the mile and 3,000-meter run at the MEC Indoor Championships as well as the distance medley relay
• Broke four minutes in the 1,500-meters (3:59.88) at the Concord Invite
• Season-best 5,000-meter time of 14:49.02 at the Flames Invite
• Helped CU score points in the distance medley relay at the MEC Indoor Championships with a fifth-place showing
• Won the 3,000-meters in outdoor opener at Myrtle Beach

2021-22
• All-Mountain East Conference Second Team in the distance medley relay at the indoor championships
• Competed in the mile and 3,000-meters individually at the MEC Indoor Championships, finishing sixth in both
• Just missed a podium finish in the 1,500-meters at the MEC Outdoor Championships, placing fourth in a time of 4:01.97
• Career-best time in the 1,500-meters at High Point, clocking 4:00.75
• Was third in the 5,000-meters at Lynchburg, running 14:58.40
• Hit a personal-best time of 8:42.03 in the 3,000-meters at the MEC Indoor Championships
• Was the runner-up  the 3,000-meters at Roanoke with a time of 8:48.75

2021 (Outdoor Only)
• Competed in three events at the Mountain East Conference Championships--the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter runs as well as the 3,000-meter steeplechase
• Scored points in the 1,500-meters and steeplechase with fifth and sixth-place finishes respectively
• Clocked career-best times in the 1,500-meters (4:01.38) and steeplechase (9:43.80) at the MEC Championships
• Went under 15 minutes for the first time in the 5,000-meters at Charleston with a showing of 14:46.47
• Was the runner-up in the 1,500-meters at West Virginia Wesleyan in a time of 4:04.83
• Opened the season with a tiem of 9:52.87 in the steeplechase to go with a second-place finish

2019-20 (Indoor Only)
• Qualified in the mile run, 3,000-meter run adn distance medley relay at the Mountain East Conference Championships
• Crossed fifth in the mile run and was 10th in the 3,000-meters--both times were career record (4:20.08 - mile) and (8:47.99 - 3,000-meters)
• Won the mile at Roanoke in a time of 4:28.00
• Was third in the 3,000-meters at VMI (8:50.22)

2019
• Competed in the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter runs as well as the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mountain East Conference Championships
• Scored in all three events including clocking a career-best time of 4:09.64 in the 1,500-meters
• Also qualified in the high jump for the MEC Championships by clearing 1.65 meters at the Jasmine Claggett Invite
• Personal-record time of 9:53.33 in the steeplechase at the Duke Invite
• Clocked a personal-record time of 16:14 in the 5,000-meters at the Shamrock Invite
• Finished in the top 10 in both the 800-meter and 1,000-meter runs at the VT Challenge with both times being personal bests
