Blake starts his first season as the Concord University men's golf coach after long-time coach Will Johnson retired in June.

In addition to his head coaching duties with golf, Blake is the men's basketball assistant coach and will begin his second season with the men's basketball program.

From southeastern Ohio, Blake played college basketball at Capital University, a Division III school in Columbus, Ohio. Blake's first coaching stop took him to Division III Randolph-Macon College near Richmond, Virginia before coming to southern West Virginia in the summer of 2016.

Blake takes over a youthful team that did not lose a senior from last season and recorded three top-five finishes throughout the fall and spring seasons.
