ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University men's golf team and head coach
John Ross has announced the program's schedule for the fall season.
CU will compete in five tournaments starting during the first week of September and running through late October.
The first tournament is September 3-4 at the Cal Vulcan Invite at Cedarbrook Golf Club in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. The Mountain Lions will be back on the course less than a week later, September 9-10, when they tee off at the University of Charleston Invite at Berry Hills Country Club in Charleston, West Virginia.
One more tournament is slated for September, the Bluefield State Invite at Fincastle Country Club in Bluefield, Virginia September 28-29.
For the first time in conference history, the Mountain East Conference Championship will be contested at the Arnold Palmer Course at Stonewall Jackson Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia October 4-6.
And the final event of the fall will be the West Virginia Wesleyan Invite at Clarksburg Country Club in Clarksburg, West Virginia October 21-22.
