ATHENS, W.Va. – Sophomore Tobi Adebulu and junior Andrew Tickle of the Concord University men's cross country and track & Field teams have been placed on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.

Adebulu, a native of Parkersburg, West Virginia, picks up CSC Academic All-District with a 3.83 GPA in the health science program at Concord. As one of the most versatile athletes on campus, Adebulu finished fifth in the decathlon at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championships this spring, scoring a personal-best 5,069 points. Tickle lands CSC Academic All-District for the second straight year as he sports a 3.60 GPA as secondary education major. On the track, the Christiansburg, Virginia native scored points at the MEC Outdoor Championships for the second consecutive season as he placed eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in late April—he was seventh in the steeplechase at the 2025 MEC Championship. Tickle was in the lineup for the Mountain Lions at the 2025 MEC Cross Country Championship, and also competed at the Atlantic Regional Championship. Between cross country and track, Tickle has been All-MEC Academic twice, and has appeared on the MEC Commissioner's Honor Roll four times.

To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, student-athletes must have a 3.50 or higher cumulative GPA and be top 50 in the region in an event on the track or finish inside the top 50 of the regional cross country championship.
