Emptying the Notebook: 2025 Men's Soccer

ATHENS, W.Va. – With the 2025-26 school year officially wrapped up, the Concord University Sports Information Department will provide a rewind to some of the numbers and notes that were pertinent to the success of the Mountain Lions.

Each athletic program at Concord will have their own spotlights in this Emptying the Notebook series. The numbers and notes that may or may not have been used in previews and recaps throughout the season.

The next sport to be featured is men's soccer

0.92- Nathan Scargill set the single-season program record for goals-against average at 0.92, spending nearly 1,300 minutes in goal in 2025.

1- Malher Santi Possu became the first All-American in program history as he was named an USC First Team All-American at the conclusion of the 2025 fall season.

3- Concord had three players record two-goal games in 2025: Santi Possu (two hat tricks, two-goal game vs. West Liberty), Kai Forsyth (Point Park) and Dominique Malhomme (Wheeling)

6- Six wins for the Mountain Lions were by one goal last fall.

8- Led by Scargill, Concord posted its most shutouts in program history in a single season with eight.

15- Career assists by Ted Roberts which ranks second all-time in program history.

24- The 13 goals scored by Santi Possu last season were the most for a CU player in 24 years when Gard Kristiansen netted 16 goals in 2001. Santi Possu's 13 goals are fifth most in program history for a single season.

.816- Win percentage for Concord in home games the last two seasons, sporting a mark of 14-2-3
