FALL SEASON NOTES
The Mountain Lions have played in three tournaments to this point in the fall season with a team-high finish of sixth at the Cal Vulcan Invite during the first weekend of September. Sophomore Henry Lewis has been the most consistent player for CU with an average of 75.6 over eight rounds of competition. Lewis started the year with rounds of 71 and 70 at the Cal Vulcan Invite. He added another 71 at the Charleston Invite. Sophomore Dylan Canterbury has only played three rounds, but is also averaging 75.6 per round. Junior Jonah Willson has been stellar in scoring 77.5 per round. Included are four rounds of 75 or lower.

As team, Concord's best round came during the second round of the Cal Vulcan Invite when the Mountain Lions shot 291. Heading into the MEC Tournament, CU is averaging 308.8 as a team. Three rounds have been under 310 with two other rounds at 311 and 312.

MEC CHAMPIONSHIP NOTES
CU is seeking to build off an eighth-place finish at last year's MEC Championship that was contested in Glade Springs in Daniels, West Virginia. This will be the first MEC Championship in the 14-year history of the league that is not contested at either Glade Springs or Avalon Country Club in northeastern Ohio. Sophomore Jackson Williams was 23rd at last year's MEC Championship as he put together rounds of 75 and 77 to make the cut as an individual. The Mountain Lions have only had two team finishes higher than eighth (2021, 2022) since a conference title season in 2019.

Concord got a look at the championship course in mid-September when they competed at the Dr. Wally Edgell Invite. Willson was the highest finish for the Mountain Lions with scores of 74, 77, 75. Canterbury recovered from an opening round 79 with scores of 73 and 75 afterwards.

Charleston is the defending MEC Champion after holding off Glenville State by three strokes in 2025.
