ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University Athletic Department has announced October 10 as the date for the 14
th Annual Athletic Department Golf Tournament at Pipestem State Park in Pipestem, West Virginia.
CU Athletics is once again proud to partner with Appalachian Eye Care as the title sponsor of the Concord Athletics Golf Tournament.
The tournament will be part of Homecoming weekend festivities on the Campus Beautiful as Concord welcomes back alumni for a full weekend of celebration.
The cost for a four-person team will be $400 while anyone interested in hole sponsorships will be charged $100. A shotgun start will get the tournament started at 8:30 a.m. on October 10. Registration and hole assignments begins at 7:45 a.m. Awards will be given out for the top three teams as well as closest to the pin on Pipestem's 17
th hole and the longest drive on the ninth hole. Along with awards, a lunch provided by the Concord Athletic Department will take place at the conclusion of the tournament.
