He tied for second on the team with 14 stolen bases while in the field he sported a .983 fielding percentage and was involved in 26 doubles plays. Hunter was the only Mountain Lion to hit over .400 during conference play as he collected 35 hits in 87 at-bats in 30 MEC games a .402 average.
The Atlantic Player of the Year was Mansfield's Jacob Houtz while Seton Hill's Ian Korn collected Atlantic Region Pitcher of the Year from the D2CCA.
The D2CCA region teams are voted on by college sports communicators in the respective regions. The 16 members of the first team advance to the national ballot for All-America consideration.
