DOWN BUT NOT OUT
Concord erased an 8-3 deficit against UVa.-Wise in a non-conference contest Wednesday as it was victorious, 10-8, running an active winning streak to five games. Senior utility
MJ Hunter hit a go-ahead grand slam in the bottom of the eighth inning to propel the Mountain Lions to the win. The grand slam was Concord's first one since
Zack Saryeldin hit a grand slam last April versus Davis & Elkins. Senior outfielder

CU has won 10 games this season when it trails at any point in the contest. Hunter is 10-for-16 over his last five games with five extra-base hits. After a three-hit afternoon Wednesday, sophomore infielder
Nick DiSanti rides a similar hot streak as is 8-for-17 in his last four contests.
