KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Junior guard Kollin Tolbert of the Concord University men's basketball team has been voted to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District First Team from the Atlantic Region, the organization announced Monday morning.

Tolbert, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, was the only Mountain East Conference representative on the All-District First Team. Tolbert led the Atlantic Region in scoring at 21.3 points per game while averaging 6.6 rebounds per game and 3.4 assists per game. Tolbert shot 51.7 percent from the field, 88.8 percent at the foul line and 47.3 percent from three-point range.

Tolbert ranked top 25 in Division II in scoring as well as top 20 in the country in free-throw percentage. Additionally, his free-throw percentage is fifth all-time for a single season at CU.

Tolbert's best-scoring games of the season came against Charleston. He posted a 2024-25 Division II single-game high of 58 points at UC in late November before tossing in 41 points at home against the Golden Eagles in January.

Despite missing the final four games of the season, Tolbert wrapped up the year by averaging 24.8 points over the last seven games of the campaign while shooting 53.7 percent from the floor and tearing down 7.7 rebounds per game.

Included in Tolbert's stretch run of the season was a 36-point performance at West Virginia Wesleyan that included the game-winning basket in overtime as well as a 32-point game at Point Park.

With Monday's announcement, Tolbert adds to his collection of awards this postseason that includes the 2025 Mountain East Conference Player of the Year and an All-Atlantic Region First Team nod from the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA).

Tolbert is the first NABC All-District selection for CU since Tommy Bolte after the conclusion of the 2018-19 season.
