PITTSBURGH – Junior guard Kollin Tolbert of the Concord University men's basketball team has been selected to the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-Atlantic Region First Team, the organization announced Friday afternoon.

Tolbert, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, lands on the All-Atlantic Region First Team after a season that saw him finish in the top 25 in Division II in scoring at 21.3 points per game. He led the Mountain East Conference in scoring while also finishing top 10 in the league in free-throw percentage (second/88.8), field-goal percentage (fourth/51.7) and rebounding (seventh/6.6).

He was the highest scoring player in the Atlantic Region and ranked third in the region in free-throw percentage while being in the top 50 in Division II in free throws made (135) despite missing the final four games of the season.

Tolbert's 58 points at Charleston in November was the highest single-game scoring performance in Division II in 2024-25. He added a 41-point performance versus UC in mid-January. And during the month of February, Tolbert had three 30-point games in a four-game stretch by scoring 32 against Bluefield State (Feb. 3), 30 at Point Park (Feb. 8) and 36 points at West Virginia Wesleyan (Feb. 12).

Tolbert is Concord's 10th all-region player since all-region accolades began to be distributed in the mid-1990s. Additionally, by being team first team all-region, Tolbert is now up for D2CCA All-American consideration.

Bluefield State's Jordan Hinds was the Atlantic Regional Player of the Year.
