DYNAMIC DUO
Junior forward Imani Hickman and sophomore guard Alexis Frazee traded the honors of being Concord's leading scorer over the past two games. Frazee scored a career-best 26 points at Glenville State, knocking down a season-high four three-pointers to do so. Hickman led the way at nationally-ranked Fairmont State, scoring 14 points and snagging eight rebounds. In just seven games in the Maroon and Gray, Frazee has scored in double figures three times, knocking down multiple three-point baskets in each of those games. Hickman has raised her scoring average to 10.1 points per game having logged at least 10 points in six out of her last eight games.

BLOCK PARTY
Last time out against Fairmont State, Concord tied its season-high mark for blocks in a game with five. Although the Mountain Lions only average 2.3 blocks per game, they have swatted away multiple blocks in nine straight games. Five different players contributed to the five blocks at FSU, but Hickman leads CU averaging 0.7 blocks per game this season. The Huntington, W.Va. native has recorded a block in five straight outings and has denied multiple attempts in three of those games. On the flip side, Frostburg State senior center Jasmine Johnson ranks second in the MEC swatting 1.3 blocks per game and had back-to-back four-block performances against West Virginia Wesleyan and Point Park earlier this month.

NUMBER ONE
Frostburg State senior forward Emilee Weakley enters the Carter Center Saturday as Division II's leading scorer, averaging 27.7 points per game this season. In 19 games played, the Luray, Va. native has scored at least 20 points in all but one contest and notched a season-high of 40 points against West Virginia State on December 7. Earlier this season against Concord, Weakley scored 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for a double-double. Although she scored 28 points, she was held to 10-24 from the floor and 0-4 from three-point range. She ranks fourth in the MEC in field goal percentage (47.9) and sports a 38.2 three-point percentage. Weakley also leads FSU in rebounds per game (8.4), steals per game (1.4) and free throw percentage (82.4).

POINT GUARD PROWESS
While CU and FSU sport two of the MEC's top scorers, they also present the top two passers in the league. Concord senior guard Skylar Davidson leads the conference dishing out 4.9 assists per game while FSU senior guard Taylor Smith ranks second in the league averaging 4.8 assists per contest. Both players also average scoring in double figures with Davidson netting 10.8 points per game and Smith putting up 10.3. The first time the Mountain Lions and Bobcats met this season, Davidson scored 12 points and added five assists, four steals, and four rebounds. Smith scored 11 points in the matchup along with four rebounds and three assists.

BACK AND FORTH
Although the first meeting between Concord and Frostburg State ended in a Bobcats victory, the overall series favors CU 6-5. In the last six meetings, however, the series is tied 3-3. Last season, FSU was victorious in both regular season games by a combined three points, but the Mountain Lions toppled the Bobcats 84-69 in the MEC Quarterfinals. Junior forward Abbie Smith tied her career-high of 30 points in the postseason win while Davidson and current CU graduate assistant Jazz Blankenship threw in 12 points each. A. Smith led the way in the first meeting this season as well, scoring a team-best 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Davidson (12), senior guard Saniya Morris (11), and graduate forward Trina Lewis (10) also scored in double figures earlier this season against Frostburg State.
