ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University women's soccer team netted five goals in a shutout win over Davis & Elkins Sunday afternoon in a Mountain East Conference contest at Callaghan Stadium.
Concord (2-2-1, 2-0-1 MEC) needed 40 minutes to get on the board.
Senior forward
Sydney Tucker broke the ice in the 40

Just 65 seconds later, freshman midfielder
Lilly Lucas forced a D&E (0-5, 0-3 MEC) turnover and found fellow freshman midfielder
Marika Svensson who crushed a shot to the top left corner of the goal to double the Concord advantage.
Svensson was responsible for the next Mountain Lions' goal in the 59
