Hall of Fame Nomination Form
ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University Athletic Department has opened nominations for the 2024 Hall of Fame class.
The deadline is approaching to get nominations in as the window will close May 17 at 11:59 p.m.Â
Nominations can be made using
this link or the link at the top of the page.
The 2024 class will be announced later in the summer with the induction ceremony taking place October 19 during Homecoming Weekend at Concord.
By receiving a necessary number of votes on last year's ballot, but not getting inducted, James Doyle, Davon Marion, Brian Novak and Pamm Vass Dunford carry over to the 2024 ballot and will not need a formal nomination this spring.
To be considered for induction into the Concord Athletics Hall of Fame, past student-athletes must be a Concord graduate and either be a first team all-conference selection or school record holder for a specific sports program. Additionally, prospective inductees must be five years removed from their final season of eligibility at CU.
At the conclusion of the nomination window, the Concord Hall of Fame committee, which is made up of current and former Concord coaches, athletic department administrators, CU faculty members and area community members, will use a points system via private ballot to consider and vote on worthy candidates for the 2024 Hall of Fame Class.
