Sophomore pitcher/infielder Madison Hollis reached on a fielder's choice, moving Stacy to third. With two outs, freshman infielder Kendall Morgan drove in Stacy with an infield single. Then, sophomore utility Kayla Sholter roped a double into center field, scoring both runners and putting CU ahead, 4-3. Earlier this month, the Mountain Lions trailed nationally-ranked Charleston 5-3 heading into the sixth before plating three runs in the frame that would end in a 6-5 win.
