DOUBLE TROUBLE
In Concord's 3-1 series win at West Virginia Wesleyan over the weekend, junior infielder
Zack Saryeldin collected five doubles as he had at least one hit in all four games. Overall, Saryeldin has hit safely in 14 of the last 15 games. With his five doubles against the Bobcats, Saryeldin took his career total to 43 which is now tied for 10
th all-time at CU. Furthermore, Saryeldin is tied for the Mountain East Conference lead in two-base hits this season with West Liberty's Jake Sherman. Junior infielder

th (ninth). CU's 77 doubles are second in the MEC this season behind Charleston's 81.
KEEP CLIMBING
In 12 games during the month of April, the Maroon and Gray is batting .348 (119-for-341). Concord has had five games of 10 or more hits since the calendar turned to April. Additionally, CU finished the Wesleyan series with 14 hits. Along with Saryeldin's three hits, graduate outfielder
Kyle Keenan was 3-for-4 with three RBI. Satcher finished with two hits and four RBI. To begin the month, Concord was hitting .304 as a team, but has since taken its average to .319. The Mountain Lions are tied for first in the Atlantic Region in batting average with Bloomsburg.
PLENTY OF OFFENSE
The last two games between Concord and Emory & Henry has featured 39 combined runs. In March, E&H won at Concord despite the Mountain Lions tallying 12 hits in the game. SCOUTING THE WASPS
E&H enters Wednesday's contest with just four games remaining as it finishes the regular season with a series at Lincoln Memorial. Emory & Henry was swept by Limestone over the weekend, but had previously three of its last four games. Tyler Bradle hit two home runs at Concord in March, and for the season has six homers and 39 RBI. Wayne Mize leads the Wasps with 11 home runs and 43 RBI. E&H is allowing opponents to hit .337 this spring.
