LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Concord University men's cross country team finished sixth at the Division II Atlantic Regional Championship Saturday morning at the Long Branch Cross Country Course.
Junior
Logan Zuchelli advanced to the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship November 18 in Joplin, Missouri by finishing eighth with a time of 30:44 for the 10,000-meter course.
Zuchelli was one of two individuals to advance along with Charleston, Davis & Elkins and Shippensburg. The other individual to get out of the Atlantic Region was Slippery Rock's Joey Cintavey who was four seconds ahead of Zuchelli.
CU scored 223 points in placing sixth.

Preston Prather clocked 31:59 as he finished 38
th. Freshman
Braden Ward was two spots back of Prather as he crossed in 32:09.

Ethan Board ran 33:00 to claim 70
th. Freshman
Jaeden Holstein completed his first 10,000-meters in 33:28 to finish 86
th. Fellow freshman
AJ Skeens was 99
th as he stopped the timer at 33:38. Graduate student
Alex Watty rounded out the CU finisher as he recorded 34:25.
Charleston was the team champion led by UC's George Couttie who was the individual champion.
The time for Zuchelli's race at the Division II National Championship has yet to be released.
