GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Concord University women's basketball team fell to Lock Haven 84-64 in a neutral site non-conference game Saturday afternoon hosted by Seton Hill in the McKenna Center. Â
 CU (0-2) had a cold-shooting first half as it trailed the Bald Eagles (1-1) by 24 points at halftime, 48-24. Sophomore forward
Abbie Smith led the Mountain Lions with nine points at the break. Â

Concord rattled off an 8-0 run to begin the third quarter with junior guard

Maddie Ratcliff converting layups from LHU turnovers to cut the score to 48-32. Davidson made two more fastbreak layups to bring CU within 13, 52-39. Â

The Mountain Lions forced four steals in the third quarter, leading to eight points off of turnovers. Â

Alexis Phillips led to a free throw from Davidson to cut the deficit back to 13 at the start of the fourth quarter. Â

Jaisah Smith scored 10 of her 21 points in the final quarter, including the only three-pointer for CU in the contest. Â

Concord outscored Lock Haven 38-34 in the paint, as well as 6-4 on second chance points. Â

Jaisah Smith led CU in scoring with 21 points on 8-14 from the field.
Abbie Smith (15 points) and Davidson (10 points) also notched double figures. Junior guard/forward
Deja Atkinson added five steals defensively. Eight Mountain Lions grabbed at least three rebounds in the contest.Â
