FROSTBURG, Md. – The Concord University women's soccer team lost 2-1 to Frostburg State in a Mountain East Conference game at Bobcat Stadium Saturday night.
An early goal got Concord (6-3-2, 5-2-1 MEC) out to a quick lead.

Nora Voisey sent a low cross into the middle of the penalty box where graduate defender
Olivia Bekeleski raced in and ripped her fourth goal of the season into the back of the net in the ninth minute of play.
Seven saves from sophomore goalkeeper
Sarah Pattillo in the first half kept the one-goal margin for the Mountain Lions.
Frostburg State (10-1, 7-1 MEC) was able to tie the game in the 58
th minute. And a strike from distance in the 65
th minute pushed FSU ahead.
Junior defender
Emma Ring made a run forward in the 69
th minute, but had her shot saved. Concord had three more chances in the final 15 minutes, but each shot was off frame.
The game was evenly played as both teams tallied 17 shots. CU had six shots on goal.

Alexa Todd and sophomore forward
Caitlin Webster all recorded three shots.
Pattillo finished with eight saves.
Concord took eight corner kicks to FSU's five.
The Mountain Lions play their final non-conference game of the season when they travel to Salem 5:00 p.m. Wednesday.
