PLAYOFF PUSH
To secure a home MEC Tournament game in the first round, the Mountain Lions must beat Glenville State, who is already locked in as the fourth seed in the MEC South, and CU must also rely on a Charleston win or tie at West Virginia State. By sealing the second seed in the MEC South, Concord would host the MEC North third seed Sunday, and if CU would be the MEC South third seed they would travel to the MEC North second seed Sunday.
A FALL OF TRADITIONS
Even though Concord fell to nationally-ranked Charleston Sunday afternoon, Concord was still able to get its 10
th win of the season last week, 6-0, over Davis & Elkins. It marked the sixth straight season that the Mountain Lions have won at least 10 games. In the victory over D&E, graduate forward
Alexa Todd tallied CU's first hat trick of the season. Todd extended Concord's streak to seven consecutive years of at least one player netting a hat trick. Also in the win over the Senators, junior midfielder
Leah Fleming and junior forward
Nora Voisey equaled the program record for single-game assists with three each. With eight assists on the season, Voisey is now second in the MEC.
GOALS VERSUS GLENVILLE
Concord enters Wednesday having defeated Glenville State in all 11 previous meetings. And in those games, the Mountain Lions have scored at least three goals each time. Earlier this season, CU scored six times in a home win over GSU. Junior forward
Sydney Tucker had one of her two multi-goal games on the season. Junior forward
Kylene Franklin scored for the first time in her career versus the Pioneers. Graduate midfielder
Michelle Brogden tossed in a four-point game with a goal and two assists. Concord outshot Glenville State, 29-2. Last year at GSU, the Mountain Lions rolled up five goals. Voisey recorded a hat trick by scoring the three middle goals in a six-minute span right before halftime.

GSU has lost its last two games, falling to Charleston and West Virginia Wesleyan.
